I wouldn't complain about that (that's my mistake for not doing my research), except that he said it was a gaming laptop, and when it didn't have the specs to run 5-year old games (Skyrim was struggling at lowest settings), the owner explained that they didn't think I'd be using it for heavy gaming (I literally came into the store and asked for a gaming laptop). I couldn't return it because I was out-of-country, didn't know the definite location of my receipt for someone locally to return it for me, and they said I needed to return the item within three days (well beyond the time it'd take to courier the item).
I know a lot of stores mark prices up for the uneducated customer, but unlike big box stores like Best Buy, I figured a local shop would be a trustworthy location. How wrong was I.
The owner played me like a fool: He asked what my budget was, and he said, "I've got something right at that price range!". I also mentioned, "can I get it by the end of this week? I'm going away for two weeks, and I'd like to have a solid gaming laptop". He then exclaimed that he has this model, but has "someone else interested in it, but I need to know if you're interested". I literally handed him all the tools to scam me, and scam me he did.
If the owner's reading this, I hope you remember who I am, because I want you to know I'm still angry about this.
Don't trust a thing the owner says. If you don't know your stuff, he'll exploit you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I walked through the door of this store, I immediately fell in love with it; the atmosphere is friendly and reminds me of the kind of dreams I had when I was young. Computer equipment (affectionately called "TOYS!" with a big silly grin on my face) wall-to-wall. Everything you could possibly want, parts, expertise, complete systems, software. It's a one stop shop with a very strong 'ma and pa' feeling. You haven't had a complete computer experience until you visit the Computer Trade-In Post.
