★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good tools. They are very strict with tools coming back clean But have no issues with sending them out dirty. Very slow with only 1 person working the desk most the time. But its cheaper than purchasing a post hole digger or chain saw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tool was good but staff not very informative. Ended up paying extra cost for items on the tool that I wasn't made aware of initially. However I spoke to a manager and was given a no hassle credit for my next visit. I was very happy with this outcome.

My rental time started and before we went out to the vehicle the clerk assisted someone else who took up more than 10 minutes of time. (Seems petty but on a 90 minute rental that's starts after being rung up it counts). However the price is right so I will continue to use the rental service.
