★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tire Center has the absolute slowest service. Quoted a 90minute wait time for winter tire exchange but in reality they take 140 minutes... this is insane. Please avoid this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my seasonal tire change over back in March and was surprised that the cost per tire is now $10 a tire instead of the usual $6. Even worse was the customer service. Thanks but no thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the optical center have no customer service or listening skills. I will gladly drive 10 more minutes to Burlington to get help; rather than repeatedly explain myself for 25 minutes to someone who can barely comprehend basic english. Very frustrating experience both times I went in. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yup the only and last time I use their tire center I suspect. I realize things may happen that cause the tire change to take longer. But they knew a balancer broke and would cause delays. Someone though made the decision not to inform the customers. I originally asked when a 2130 appointment was made whether I should leave the vehicle overnight. I was specifically dissuaded as "it will only take an hour". I dropped my vehicle off 30min early and found something to do nearby (Costco store was closed obviously) and then came back 1.5hrs later to see my van right where I left it. I waited another 45min after asking after it for them to rush it... Unacceptable. I'll take it to a local shop next time, leave the vehicle with them for the day and it will be done before I arrive to pick it up. At least the women at the desk was nice. Too bad it speaks volumes that her manager forced her to stay late due to mine and others vehicles not being done before the end of her shift...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. They damaged the tire pressure monitor and ask $60+ for a new one. I didn't pay for it so I still don't have a tire pressure read since.
2. There was 2 inch of water in my thunk after a tire service because they left the thunk open outside the garage in a heavy rain.
3. I have 2 set of rims for my summer tires and snow tires. They put the tires on wrong set of rims and promised by manager Mark to revise. When I send email to him to make an appointment, I never got a response.
Bad service and attitude.

I made and appointment at 3 pm and it took almost 2 hours to receive the car back! I found an oil on the wheel drive. I don’t think it worth it to come here if you find the tires somewhere else where you get it faster with a reasonable price.
