★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to reserve a tool at the tool rental department has been impossible for the past three days. Either they don't answer, the line goes dead, or I am on hold for my lunch hour. The term "excellent customer service" and Home Depot will never be found in the same sentence. I guess they don't make enough money to hire more staff to provide timely service.
