A	Adam Gilchrist on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove all night to get to Brantford at 10 am with my wife and my father and his girlfriend for a event that night we were taking my son to. Discussed with the hotel staff that I would like early check-in as we were driving all night. They were very helpful toake sure we could could check in early to the point they switched our rooms to ones that were already cleaned.tje restaurant was amazing for breakfast.we are making frequent visits to Brantford to see my son from now on and we will be staying here. Only downside was the hot tub was down. Other then that great time

Complimentary breakfast is excellent Only issue is front desk wont answer the phone tried 5 times over two days to call front desk never answered and made me walk down My assistant tried to book me into this hotel twice so far before this this month via phone and couldnt reach anyone so i got booked into other hotels this month Also I asked front desk for more tea they said they would let house keeping know a day later the friendly housekeeper and I chatted and resolved this ourselves and I got my tea So in short nice hotel great resteraunt Front desk needs work and as an owner id be annoyed they wont answer the phone so people can book rooms or get something as simple as tea

The breakfast was ok some more choices would have been better. The only downside is that the pool was not open under renovation which was disappointing. All in all a great place to stay would highly of it to friends and family

Jacuzzi was poor, took over 20 mins and water still did not cover jets. Overall, huge disappointment for my daughter. Called Sunday am to inquire about complimentary breakfast. No answer twice so went to Stacked

I move to another room trying to have a good night of sleep, but the other room had the same issue. And, trust me, I used to sleep like a rock. The noise was pretty loud. The pool wasn't warm enough for kids, and that days were that cold (-5 Celsius).

My sweet was clean and well put together, although the a joining room had some loud screaming kids in it which made it hard to enjoy. People where smoking in some of the rooms and exit corridors which was pretty gross. The service staff where excellent.

They wouldn't give us a kettle so we could make our baby a bottle. I feel like that's a common thing for families to need and they said they didn't have one. We did laundry, in the guest laundry...the washing machine didn't drain the water properly. It took 4 tries to dry the clothes and the clothes didn't dry. All reception said to me was..."I don't know what to do!" I'll call maintenance and we'll call you back!" No call back!? We did get a refund but I just felt the customer care wasn't there. We called this home for 4 nights as we were moving overseas. I don't like to complain but I don't recommend for a family. Just my opinion!
