★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rental Centre was great, handling my questions, and the Staff was friendly. I changed my reservation time the day before without issue. I did my research in advance regarding the equipment needed, how to operate etc. There are legit Home Depot “How To” videos on YouTube which were essential. Pricing was fair. Make sure to clean equipment before returning, if you don’t, the fee is $75. Return it in the same condition as rented. Take pictures of the item if you are unsure. You can get damage insurance on their tools for $13.00 too. I will rent from them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a gas BBQ and did all the paperwork and payments (plus installation arrangements) , waited for a week to hear from delivery guys and when I returned to the store to follow it up , they said the delivery company has canceled EVERYTHING and refunded us !!all on their own ! ( no text notification as we were told)
While the store staff were helpful, Home Depot needs to pair up with professional and efficient delivery partners. It’s been such a waste of our time (had spent an hour in store for paperwork) …Will not do major appliance /delivery shopping there again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed some supplies and paint. Hunter in the paint department was SUPER helpful and went above and beyond to help me choose the right colour. Adrian was also very helpful with assisting me and her coworker. I asked them for their opinions and they were very helpful with matching a colour from a different brand altogether.
They both helped a very indecisive customer pick the perfect product! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband & I went to home depot brantford to look at deck storage boxes today. Staff in seasonal were helpful in directing us to where they were outside & brought us a cart & left us to look & decide. We decided on one, but the box was banged up so we asked if we could have the one in the overhead. A young lady who worked in seasonal not sure of her name was looking for another staff to help her. She was able to find help & they got it down for us. Thank you so much to them for there help!! Another staff with heather written on her coat said to my husband I don't know why we had to pull 3 staff off the floor in the rain to get one down when there was a perfectly good one there. The storage boxes were in a covered area. Unbelievable!! Customer service at it's finest. If I had heard this I wouldn't have made the purchase. Very disappointed in this young lady's attitude & home depot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gloria and Charlotte in returns are superstars. Unbelievable lineups and these ladies just keep on smiling. John Imola was very pleasant and very helpful.
The senior sales guy in appliances is very uninformed in his products. I asked for a built in coffee maker. He said that he had never heard of them and never cared to. seriously!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have everything I need when I go there. I always check the stock before I go on their website and they usually have it. I've only ordered online a couple times and it has been good. Prices are lower here than most other hardware stores. Overall I'm glad my city has one because it's very convenient and reliable inventory when you need to buy something on the go. Big name brands, discount brands and house brands are all good in certain areas. Don't need to buy the best of everything these days to get work done. Some good deals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home Depot definitely has a wide range of home and renovation project materials here. They are definitely following covid-19 guidelines and the stores and kept very clean. The staff here are very friendly helpful and knowledgeable in regards to home building needs. There is ample parking here and it is definitely wheelchair accessible. I like the fact that Home Depot offers how to classes for the do-it-yourselfer.
