★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Time and time again products are miss priced and and I'm charged more the the marked price. Staff does not seem to care and want you to jump threw hoops by going back and taking a picture of the sticker and then telling me that the sticker is wrong lol. No need to respond I will supporting all Canadian companies from here on in!!! Cheers and the best of luck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent a few hours looking for a new counter depth fridge. Went to TA appliance, Leon’s, Home Depot and Lowes. The Sales rep at Leon’s was helpful, but no match to Sandy at Lowes. Sandy was full of information and quick to find out inventory and meeting our needs. Our search ended with Sandy and we hope to have the fridge delivered in just a few days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Short story we came from a far to purchase a product that we were told they have. We arrive and **JIM** in the bath department was the worst !! Very lazy didn't seem interested in tracking someone down to retrieve the product from above, 20 minutes later we got it down....damaged...and were told well your going to tile and it would be hidden. WOW! offered no other alternative ...nothing...got into a yelling match..this guy needs to find another place to work. Embarrassing. Go to Home Depot!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in today for a return around 9-10 AM and the process was quick and easy. The staff member at the counter was helpful an friendly. I couldn't read the name tag from a distance, sorry! - but I believe it read Hills? or Hill for Hillary? Not sure, but thank you for your help!
Another staff member in the paint department went above my expectations for helping me choose the right paint for my unusual project. She did not just point me to the aisle and walk away, but instead stopped what she was doing, took the product off the shelf and checked over it for herself before suggesting it to me. She also gave me a heads up that there may be a lingering odour with that particular product, something that I did not think of, nor wanted as I would be using it indoor. She further helped me choose another product that better suited my needs, and took the time to read and find the one that was right for me. She was knowledgeable, confident and friendly. I did not catch her name, but she had beautiful eyelashes. I'd like to thank her for taking the time to help me out! Makes the whole DIY process less stressful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lowe's has a wide variety of Home Improvement in building products. They have a very large garden centre that'll definitely meet the Springs needs. The staff there are friendly helpful and knowledgeable. There is ample parking and it is wheelchair accessible. They have wheelchair-accessible washrooms that are open to the public. They are definitely following covid-19 guidelines and the store is kept very clean. I bought my Dremel tool and attachments from here and I'm very satisfied.
