★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty much all my shopping needs. Sometime it is difficult with all these pandemic and what is going on. Working staff is pretty helpful and always ready to help. Hardly seen any days when they didn't have enough staffs for help. Sometimes they have 10 to 15% restocking fee, which is just insane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was 6 people huddled around the computers, and not one of them could answer a question about laptops, without looking it up online. I can do that myself. No products in stock, very disappointing. Customer service is downright embarrassing.

Store says it's closed at 8 I'm here 20 minutes too and all the lights are off lol Never mind I just ordered what I needed online

One lady was working, she called in for support and was ignored by coworkers. Geek Squad was not adequately trained, not the employees fault but management. Stood there for so long, and watched three employees meet up in a row and start talking. All while waiting. So sickening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team in the store are more interested in discussion amongst themselves than service customers. My family and I ventured out in snowy conditions to buy a couple oculus systems to keep ourselves preoccupied. Upon arriving we went to the section , waited with no success. It wasn’t busy due Tom weather. My had to work to find an employee.The associate said they would come to help. No one. came. We decided to leave. On our way out we saw the group of employees “chatting” I guess customers are secondary here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Best Buy to get information on a Chrome cast device. Matt was awesome and even explained set up.
At the checkout I was looked after by a super friendly guy named Chris. He was very helpful too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in to buy three Oculus VR headsets for our 3 boys for their birthday gifts, however we were told they can only sell one per household. ( The sales guy even said they had a bunch in storage)
Unfortunately we left empty handed as we could not go home with one and none for the others two boys. The sad thing is, we buy all electronic items from Best Buy and have always received fantastic service. The store was dead (us and another couple),with many staff members and we were extremely confused as to why a company would turn away $1200 worth of business.
One star rating as we have never been this disappointed with Best Buy. We always felt it was our go to store.
We went out to the parking lot and ordered 3 on Amazon which are being delivered the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Best Buy has many staff available to help you with your questions and inquiries. The store is kept very clean and are definitely following covid-19 guidelines. I love Electronics and new gadgets that help improve our world. The one thing about Best Buy I don't like is that it's not usually the best price. When I do comparison shopping as a consumer I have usually bought something of the same product name and label from somewhere else but it's still a good store. The parking is ample and it is wheelchair accessible.
