The amount of time consumed waiting for paraphernalia within this store is extremely inefficient. Periodically it's not too busy. When it's busy they have a hard time managing waiting customers. Wireless wave deals with multi carriers , you will be able to accomplish tasks much quicker at their kiosk.

We signed up with our plan in 2016 and we've been visiting this store to pay bills most months because it's quicker than online banking. They're always incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient. You can tell they've had lots of practice with the latter.

Went in to see if I could upgrade my phone and it ended up being THE BEST customer service experience I’ve ever had. The gentleman that helped me is named Sam. He was patient, transparent, and had my best interest in making the right decision the entire time. I was expecting to pay at least $400 when I walked in to get my new phone... but Sam made sure I got the best deal. I was able to trade in my phone and get a deal on the purchased phone - spending only $100 for the iPhone XR. There were other people coming and going but Sam didn’t make me feel bad for taking his time. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service !!

Terrible experience IN STORE The staff at the store location were useless and not knowledgeable at all. All they could say was β€œoh well.” They play the blame game, and told me to information I received on the phone was incorrect, okay great so how are you going to rectify - the response received was β€œI can’t.” Called the 1-800 back and they completely fixed it and gave me a good chunk of deals for my inconvenience. Not really sure why Rogers still has stores opened the staff are not knowledgeable at all... Always have better service on the phone anyway.

Went to Roger's today for a phone. Really easy going, didnt feel rushed and seemed to actually care unlike other places I've visited. For all your Rogers needs check this one out in the mall...good people! I wanted to grab a business card, I believe the persons name who helped us was Dillan. Thanks again for the help, appreciate the level of service. I hope they do an undercover boss at your location and they help you pay for your schooling you were talking about lol

I think I would give no stars if I could. The two guys at this location were beyond arrogant. I just wanted to add a new line to my plan, they told me I could not do this. I left the store and called on my own and was helped on the phone. Apparently the guys in the store are just useless and completely waste your time. I will never step foot in this store again and I am cancelling all 5 of my lines with Rogers and taking my business elsewhere. They are a complete waste of time. Good luck and beware of this place until they get knowledgeable employees who aren’t cocky and useless.

Matt was awesome. Going back tonight to get my wife a new phone too. People need to realize when there are only two people working you’re going to wait ! Simple as that.

Went to activate a pay-as-you-go on my unlocked phone. lady at the desk gave me a SIM card but said they couldnt set up in store, I had to do online. Went to online to set up only to find you CANT set it up online and the phone number provided is automated. Called the store, only to have the same lady realize you couldnt set up online, still insisted they COULDNT set it up in store, said the automated number would help. After many more attempted and a live chat all saying you could go in store, decided to call the other Brantford rogers..... you CAN get it set up in store. Staff in this store obviously need more training as they seem to have no idea what they are doing.
