3 weeks ago I bought a IPad off them, into the second week it would just turn off by itself while in the middle of using it , so I returned it to the store , as I told them I misplaced the receipt they told me there was nothing they could do but if I found the receipt they could refund me , I told them I would look for it again (this was without giving them a hard time ) so I did find the receipt 15 min later and returned to the store ,the employee said perfect I will give you a full refund and low and behold he comes Mrs Manager and cancels the transaction as she tell me I need the box for it
I tell her I don’t need a refund I just want to exchange it , she basically tell me in not so many words to f n bad my problem not hers .
It’s too bad they sell diffective products , I was a regular customer but now I will let everyone know to shop elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees follow your around like you're a criminal. They tend to have a few little gadgets but nothing major or worth while. Prices on TV aren't even. That low for the whole store being refurbished stuff for the most part

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of wireless earbuds and they didn't work properly so I went back for an exchange. Manager was super nice and helpful, was able to replace the earbuds and he also showed me how to pair them to my phone properly. I also got a coupon for $50, can't go wrong!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The managers here seem to always go above and beyond. Knowledgeable staff is ready to answer any questions we have. Repeat customer, happy to shop there! Just wish they had a little more merchandise available in store! Website up to date for shopping regarding stock so that is very helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food at Moxie's in Whitby was excellent and presented with flair. The problem comes from the ambient sounds. It is difficult to carry on a conversation with background radio music and radio chatter as loud as it is. Add to that, wearing hearing aids confounds the issue for clients. It became apparent, when respectfully asked to lower the speakers, given there were only 3 tables occupied at the time, they explained it was not possible. I have always trusted accommodation for hearing impairment as a small but achievable request. The young people working there saw the request as a nuisance. Despite the guality of the food, I cannot suggest returning or even recommending the Moxie's Liverpool Road location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have shopped at Factory Direct for years. They have some interesting products to offer sometimes I find their prices are better than mainstream discount stores. Today I bought a weighted blanket and a USB C front port. They are definitely following covid guidelines and the staff are very helpful and courteous. I recommend the store for your shopping needs especially in the areas of electronics because their prices are very good.
