The owner (Chris) is always there to great you and takes a real interest in the experience of diners. When I've attended on my own or with my wife, he always asks about my family. Certainly a pleasant welcome and quite a contrast from what the other reviewer has said.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would normally give this branch a 4 or 5 star but I was in the store yesterday and the servers were wearing their masks incorrectly (over the mouth but below the nose). For a food facility that serves cold food the servers should not be breathing all over the food. The mask should go over the nose and the mouth. I will come back but will not order if this one problem isn't fixed. Edit - I went back a month after this review and saw no change - every server was wearing the mask below the nose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Cambridge we were wandering around a shopping mall and decided to have lunch at its food court. There is tremendous competition at any food court but we chose the Subway and were not disappointed. Subway meals can be healthy and easy on the wallet. Our grandson had a 12-inch meatball sandwich which cost $6.79. That sandwich would have been enough for two of us; we're senior citizens. My friend had a roast beef sandwich for $4.99 and I had a bowl of turkey rice soup along with a turkey sandwich for $5.99. Mine was one of their lunchtime specials and this combination is a bargain. It was tasty too! The service was cheerful and it's obvious that the staff keep things clean and shipshape. The total bill for three of us, including $2.59 sales tax, came in at $22.55. That's a very reasonable price for good food. We would visit this Subway again should we be in Cambridge again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great tasting food as always. Staff was nice and friendly which inspires me to come back. Very clean establishment with great presentation as one would expect. Parking lot is huge but can be very busy so be careful. ????
