Jenn has been dealing with me for 2 years now and she has been nothing but helpful, fast, precise, friendly, and a delight to work with. She has gone above and beyond to ensure I get the best service possible, often times going completely out of her way. Even dealing with my endless questions when she should be enjoying her day off! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experiences to be had here. I dealt with Samantha S. 2 years ago upon setting up my first two phones, and she made it a super easy process. She's very accommodating and knowledgeable. I know find myself at the end of my plan term and I called to see what options are available on the bring-it-back program. Samantha instantly, and I mean instantly, located a far superior offer than that which I am currently on, and hooked me up within minutes.
All I have to say is that her professionalism, down to earth and accommodating demeanor make it a pleasure to seek out new and better phones and plans.
