★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in my moto edge+ in to replace my cracked screen. After the initial screen replacement I found my under screen finger print sensor was not working, and my volume and power buttons were sticking so I gave it back asking for it to be fixed because it was working when I brought it in. After another week I needed to call to see what was going on and I was told that the screen was damaged during the removal and they had to order another screen. After another week I called asking for an update. The new screen arrived with lines in the screen. Not the shops fault I understand sometimes things arrive damaged. I waited another week and had to call in to be told it would be done on the Monday which is when I am writing this review. The phones screen was replaced, the fingerprint sensor working and the buttons not sticking anymore. Now there are dead pixels on my screen (attached image with date and time) and my back panel is separating from the phone. I'll be calling the shop in the morning to see what they'll do to fix this but for now this is how I received my device.
EDIT: Vibration motor is hardly working anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my ps4 here for a hard drive repair they told me a week tops I called after a week and a day for an update and they said tech will be in this week will be done by next week called today another week later and it still had not been looked at went to pick up my unrepaired machine to take elsewhere would recommend you avoid if you want your service actually finished so angry with this fire your incomeptent tech and hire a new one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a strange store. Very small and very empty. I stepped inside and after 15 minutes of no one saying anything to me I asked for help only to discover the employee working there has severe social anxiety and doesn't like being around people. Why would you get into retail work with that kind of issue? I suspect the person working there just didn't want to do their job and the whole anxiety thing was all a ruse. Don't shop here. It's literally a waste of time.

Friendly staff and very informative informative, price was a little high $230 for a Samsung A51 screen replacement and wasn't informed until picking up my phone that they replaced the charging port due to it being corroded $20. Total of $ 257

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in with my son’s phone. I was expecting to have to replace the charging port as it wasn’t charging anymore and the charger could wiggle so it wasn’t a tight fit. They ended up just cleaning it out and now it works good as new!! Thanks so much for the fast, friendly amazing service!!!!
