โ โ โ โ โ I went there at July 11th, at about 12.
The female assistant is kindly behaving very wired. She kept asking me what I want. She was still following at me even I told her I can get the thing i want by myself.
She told me it is because of the virus, so there is only 6 people can stay in the store. I can understand that and I feel she wanted me to get out quickly. However, there is only 4 people in the store at that moment, and we all kept 2 meters distance. She also didn't follow at other people and being annoying to them, she was just following at me and keep asking question.
Then, there was another customer come in. She told him to stay beside the door so she can keep only 6 people walk in the store. I didn't want to interrupt other people so I left.
I stayed in the store less than 5 mins. I didn't have any time to choose what I want because of this female assistant.
In addition, according to what she did, she seemed being scared about virus but she didn't put her mask on. I put my mask on at the time when I was in the store.
It is the worst shopping experience I have encountered.

โ โ โ โ โ ordered a new dog bed online, but it wasn't in-store. The staff called me back, ordered it from head office and I was able to pick up the next day. Great service.

โ โ โ โ โ I went in today for some help with issues I'm having with my cat and my dog. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to recommend several products and advise on how to handle the situation. I will be back again

โ โ โ โ โ Helpful staff. A little more expensive but a nice and compact store with a larger grooming area. Got my Charlie Bear treats for my pup there.

โ โ โ โ โ Good staff, friendly but wouldn't return a bag of food over half full that my dog had an allergy to. At 100 dollars a bag you'd think they would have a good return policy. Rens pet store will return anything half full if it is related to an allergy or they don't like it. ( Without a receipt)
