2 stars because I know bell is the best cellphone provider but your employees chatting away when they have a line up of 4 people keeping us waiting for 30 mins.

My business mobile contract was up for Renewal and after talking to Bell call center I was very displeased with what they offered me. I had all but given up on signing again with bell but After going to the mall and talking to the other cell phone providers I decided to give Bell One More Shot. When I walked in I spoke to Nathan he was very professional and right to the point. He offered me a much better deal than the call center did. Bell corporate listen up! You need to find more people like Nathan he's a big fish in a small pond! And the only reason I'm still with you. All my dealings with you moving forward will be through him. In summary the store is good and Nathan is the best employee Bell has. go in and speak to Nathan and you won't regret it

Absolutely horrendous experience. I went in there because I got a good deal on my satellite through bell and wanted to get my wife a new phone for Christmas and thought bundling would be best.. nope! They wanted DOUBLE what Rogers charges me, the customer service is absolutely brutal! In a nut shell I had to be on the phone making calls all Saturday because the customer rep there told me false information about my credit and after 4 hrs of phone calls I called bell Canada directly and Mr Joe blow in the store never filled my information out correctly and when I called the store to talk to the person he was to busy having a conversation with someone else while on the phone with me.. that experience just garunteed my business with rogers and my satellite cancelation in the new year... Switch to Rogers there way more qualified and way nicer.. if I could give them no stars I would. I believe the guys name was Steven.. thanks bud for ruining my Saturday all because you couldn't type my information in correctly.

Customer service here is beyond deplorable. Staff are rude and treat you like you are not worth their time. Not sure what's worse the ignorant staff in store or the ones through the call center. Most of us know exactly what our upgrade options are with our cell phones and have been long time customers with Bell, but you certainly wouldn't know it the way your treated. If I could give them a half star I would.

I upgraded my iPhone 8 yesterday and was unsure if I wanted to stay with an iPhone due to the issues I was having with the 8. Matthew was the person that looked after me. He was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me going over my options and with his help I decided on the new iPhone XS. I’m So happy I took his advice. I absolutely love this new phone! Thanks Matthew!

Went in to purchase a new phone and plan. When I walked in the employee was just staring at her phone sitting at the back counter. She really had no personality and was kinda rude. My wife wanted to go try other stores because of this woman and we ended up with a way better deal on the phone and plan. The bell store would not offer what the bell website was saying. I went to tbooth across the hall and got the deal from the website plus they waved the phone cost and activation fee.

Tyra and Tatiana are the nicest customer service agents in the mall. They were kind, courteous and professional. They helped me with today's querie. They professionally put on the screen protector I was looking for on my SO's phone. If you need to speak to someone from bell, I 100% recommend you speak to either. They should be recognized for how good they are.

I’ve been in customer service for 15 years. Gabe is one of the best, if not the best customer service associate I’ve ever dealt with in retail. Solved my issues, and followed up many business days later. A1 customer service by him . Thank you again.
