★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this store been going to it for many years. but yesterday going to the store for after COVID-19 signs everywhere about washing your hands good. stay 6 feet apart social distancing k. but trying to go down 1 aisle by the front cash and trying to look at stuff ,there is more the 1 employee standing pretending to do something just being in everyone's way .way to over staffed for staying 6 feet apart. my kid couldn't even look at anything cause of this. move those 3 rowsx2 not where the line up is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we went, the store wasn’t busy. We had to ask someone to get a couple tops down for us , who was talking to another sales girl.
The girl at cash was very friendly, but forgot to remove the security tag from the pant suit we bought. Had to make a trip back into town to get it removed.
Not the first time we have not had received help and had to seek it out from talking employees. Always seems to be a lot of staff on, but none that pay attention to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An ever changing assortment of clothing and accessories. Definitely aimed at a younger crowd but sometimes even those of us who are a little older can find a treasure. The staff has always been polite and helpful. My one complaint is that the return policy only allows exchanges, not refunds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this store! They have so many stuff that are nicely priced. They have the cutest and coolest stuff. The shoes are cheap quality, but you get what you pay for.
I LOVE their Christmas sweaters! I’m always shopping here for Christmas sweaters every year.
The customer service is just OKAY. Nothing special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to the Ardenes at Lynden Park Mall this evening before it closed and was turned away because the sales girl said the store was closed. The closed sign was up well before closing time and there were only a few shoppers in there still. Some clarity on when the store is actually open would be appreciated to avoid having to come after work and be turned away. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really unhappy with my experience here. Staff insisted that to enter the store you must use they’re hand sanitizer. I don’t use sanitizer for my own reasons and I am furious that to shop here the staff think it’s ok to force it’s customers to put it on against their own will. I will not be a returning customer to this location. Either change your stores policy or let staff know that they do not have the right to insist people apply it before entering if they don’t wish to. No other store I have been in has made me put sanitizer on like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible store and staff. Was asked to leave the store because I wouldn't wear a mask , though I have a medical exemption.
I called to try to get the supervisor/mangers phone number where I was told that I cannot get that information over the phone and had to go in. Yet I'm not allowed in due to my exemption.
The staff is clearly not up to date on what they're allowed to do, not allowed to due when it comes to wearing a mask. Also you cannot force someone to sanitize their hands when entering the store. Therefore, the sign out side the door should be removed ' mandatory to sanitize your hands before enetering the store'.... ya ... okay Illegal but sure.
