Hello from Toronto. This was our second trip to Urban Tactical in Branford Ontario. It was a special occasion celebrating a graduation.
The instructors were of course, and yet again, top-notch, safe and friendly.
Once our session in the firing range was over, we had a bunch of product questions as well as a customer service matter and we were so happy to have dealt with Stephanie.
She’s friendly, professional, has a thorough knowledge of all of the products offered and all of this is only bolstered by her friendly and winning personality and customer service satisfaction standards.
Price, of course, matters but these days customer service is just as, if not more, important. And although I imagine Stephanie does not control pricing, she’s an expert marksman when it comes to customer satisfaction!
Thank you so much, Stephanie for making an unforgettable visit even more pleasant and enjoyable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a member for 3 yrs now and I am still very happy coming here. The place is very clean and the staff are super friendly. They are always there if you have concerns or questions about everything. They have really good shooting packages to try out your skills. Booking an appointment is also a breeze. You can do it online or by phone. I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time here and it was amazing. I don't have a gun license but love to shoot. This is a great place for a date or a small group. Or just to scratch one off your bucket list. Big shout out to Stephanie who was a lot of help when we had to reschedule due to bad weather. Also Brandon who really helped everyone in the range. It was my wife's first time shooting and he is very helpful. He made her feel really relaxed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you would like to experience shooting and dont have a PAL license then this location will be your next destination.
Before you go, make sure to reserve your spot after choosing from their packages. (check out their website ) then once your booking is confirmed you will receive an email where you have to fill out the waiver prior to arrival for everyone safety.
Upon your arrival you will be asked to remove your mask and to show a proof of ID then you will be directed to go into the range.
One of the officers will give you the AirPods as well as the headset safety protection, and then the fun will start.
Make sure to check out the store. they have plenty of items, apperals, weapons and much more.
The staff are super friendly. Dont hesitate to ask any question you have in your mind wither regarding the weapons, the license, anything else

Range officers MAX and MIKE always ready to help with all range rules and fix the issues if you get any with your Guns or other.
Store is very Organized easy to select all accessories.

This was my first time visiting Urban Tactical, and my first ever shooting experience!!
From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted kindly by smiling faces (this always is great to see).
My good experience continued as I got onto the range, my range officer was patient and very helpful throughout my appointment. He was very knowledgeable and really went the extra mile to ensure my experience was amazing!
The staff and atmosphere at Urban Tactical was amazing!
I am already planning my next trip back with some friends!
Highly recommend!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place! My sister is blind and all of the staff, John especially, are amazingly kind, compassionate, and accommodating for her. He works so descriptively and so passionately that each time she leaves there she feels like she got the best experience of her life! We went with a large group for my birthday and from the moment we stepped in the process was very professional and organized! We all felt very relaxed and very confident when it was our turn to shoot! Overall an amazing experience and we will all be back again soon! Thank you urban tactical!
