★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service not great the couple times I shopped at store because both times I felt buyers remorse leaving the store. If it wasn’t for my daughter who likes their clothes I would have opted to shop somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Eclipes was great! Shuaba greeted me friendly, smiling under her mask ( her eyes said so) and asked if she could help. I was searching for face masks and she was a great help, she was knowledgeable about the product, she took time to explain and answer any of my question...5 masks later I'm set to look fun and fashionable in my own work place. Thank you Shuaba!!! I'll be sending my own clients to Eclipes for there mask needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the manager of this store is not friendly at all. If you are wanting something down you have to ask her multiple times. Also doesn't greet you when you enter or check in to see if you need anything. I have heard her be rude to customers and how she treats her fellow employees is disgusting. I understand now why my friends have warned me about this location. She shouldn't be working in customer service. Stop being so grouchy and condescending. treat people with the respect they deserve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accurate/quality sizing, easy to find clothes that will fit. Customer service is absolutely amazing, prices are average and very fair. Really cute selection of clothes with a variety of colours regardless of the season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the past I have seen the old manager kick out customers for not wearing a mask. When I returned, the new manager was serving people who weren’t wearing masks. This made me very uncomfortable and unsure if I should return.
