1 Nothing on Google
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a hover board for my daughter and the clerk assured me there’s a 30 day return policy. Low and behold it’s 14 days so I missed it by a week. No returns of an unopened hover board. Also got talked in to purchasing the extended warranty! Ridiculous! Never shop at this store again. If I could give less then one star I would. Idiots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is OK. They tend to have more inventory than other Showcase locations and it is slightly more organized but not by much. There's some products that don't have labels, so you end up having to ask for help. Would be nice if there was shopping baskets if you are picking up multiple small items, but nope nothing or any offer of assistance or bring said items to the front. Lots of interesting stuff here but most are overpriced and not worth the value.
While the staff is friendly, they don't necessary follow what corporate lays out. There was a promotion on last week and the lady didn't even apply the promotion at firsr, when it was printed right there next to the register. If I hadn't pointed it out, I would have been ripped off and had to pay the full amount. There's no consistency between the store and corporate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No return policy or even exchange the product. They don't tell you that when you purchase it. The Lady at the front was very rude also. Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. Ill let my friends and family know to NOT SHOP HERE
