J	J. Seiveright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of my favourite locations to shop at but since about December I've noticed 2 very intimidating, aggressive looking security officers. My most recent visit I was stared down by one as I paid for my items and openly gave items I didn't want to purchase to the cashier working self check out. It was rather uncomfortable to say the least even though I hadn't done anything wrong. As for Canadian Tire itself, I found the store absolutely confusing now that everything has been moved around. Hopefully in future, my visit will be more positive.
E	Emily M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love and hate this place. Don't buy plants there, no warranty and they're often in rough shape. No one can offer advice on projects, and they have limited useful products. Great deals sometimes, and good general. Prices, but for real stuff, gotta go to Home Depot.
F	Frank Tamas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rumour is that this store recently changed hands. I had high hopes that it would improve because this store had to be the worst store in the CT chain. Sadly, I don't think it's going to be much different. My previous visit was in the fall/early winter of last year. The place was a mess...reorganizing? During the Christmas shopping season? OK, but it's now almost 3 months later and it's still a disaster. Today, the self checkout was closed...don't know why. And, as usual not enough cashiers open. People were lined up down the front aisle. I attempted to leave through the auto section to avoid the congestion and was told that that the exit was closed...must use the front entrance. ???? Between poor customer service (if any) and the empty shelves ( bad inventory control) I will continue to avoid this store and either shop at another retailer or other CT location.
L	Lisa Phoenix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love shopping here!! The range in stock is amazing!! There is no way that you can beat the 80% off sales!! You can always find an amazing deal!! The only downfall I have encountered, is it can be difficult to find a staff member when you need help. That said, when you find one, they are always friendly and very helpful!!
A	Alycia Hayes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went into the store to get a few automotive items. There was was cluster of staff talking. All good. Not bothered by that at all. I don't need staff to ask me if I need help- if I need help in a store I will ask for it. We saw a cart with nothing in it, unattended for about ten minutes while we shopped the aisle, so decided to make use of it. A staff member came up five minutes later and asked if we took his cart, and that he needed it for stocking the aisle. Working in retail myself I understand how customer service is trialsome, but we were sort of taken aback. Not a great move, and one that wouldn't fly in the hardware store I work in. I went back to the entrance to get a cart where the sky jack was operating with no staff guarding the use of equipment or blocking off the area to prevent people from getting hurt. The driver had no interest in stopping for customers trying to get in and out of the store. Seems like some safety issues there. On our departure from the store, low and behold, the cart that was desperately needed by the staff member was in the same spot, empty and he was back talking with the staff again. Customer service sucks, believe me I know. Being abused by demanding customers sucks, and working during this pandemic has been beyond annoying. All that being said....that doesn't mean general courtesy for customers needs to be thrown out the window. Especially for the ones that are being friendly, understanding and kind.

Went their with my daughter to get birthday decorations for her, Party city worker was a complete doehead, and took forever to serve me then gave such a headache, knowing nothing about the checkout, no bag or even offer to go get me one so I'm walking around the store with loose balloons and items and a fussy daughter .... it was a total mess. Some offerings of help or just a smooth purchase process would of been really appreciated. Im not done, worst part is my daughter picked out a tricycle as her bday present, so excited, went home to assemble it so she can be surprised in the morning....only to be revealed upon opening the box....a RUSTY, DIRTY, WELL USED, returned item that I paid $200.00 for. Sneaky move Canadian tire. That should of been marked down heavily and put in the ,as is' section. What a shame. 1 star because I've never been fully satisfied there but today put me over the edge and my entire visit there was a complete disappointment and thereafter.
m	m davies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Christmas department was pretty much empty. The rest of the store was limited. The coffee machine I wanted was out of stock. The line up to pay was massive. Parking was complete mayhem, it was all pretty wonderful. It felt like Christmas again and it’s still November. Try later in the day. But Saturday’s are complete craziness. I went back three days later and got the coffee machine I wanted and it was still on sale. Be sure to check others stores like Bed bath and beyond for comparative shopping.
T	Tim Reynolds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very large size for a Canadian Tire. It also offers at the gas station that's within the property. There's also a hot dog vendor outside in case you needed a bite to eat. The prices are fairly good the staff is polite and helpful. It's also kept very clean and they are covid compliant for sure. They also offer a mechanic shop first vehicle repair on the premises as well.
