Several times the store has had to make substitutions for out of stock products but the substitute was just as good or better and no price increase on upgraded products. I really appreciate doing business with a place that makes it their goal to make the customers happy. Keep up the great work!
Also always a smile on the face of all the staff in the store and that really makes shopping a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the variety of products, so many good items. Great when you get caught last minute without dinner. Today I got the brownies that I have been getting for years, I probably won't get them any longer. Smaller package for more $$ and almost no icing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in and to my surprise was greeted immediately. I told them what I needed and the staff who was near the fridge my product was in proactively got it and gave it to me.
That tells me that their customer care style is proactive, rare in Brantford, so kudos,keep up the great work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we went to M&M for some gluten free products. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We were very pleased with everything we purchased and the prices were very good and everything on the shelves are priced not like another place in Brantford we went to. We will be definitely be going back there. I can't wait to try my stuff.
