★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Starbucks ever! A place, where it seems every time I've come, they ENJOY working here and love their customers:) our drive thru server was sooo happy and cheerful it was contagious. Thanks Starbucks for making our day! Their drinks and food are amazing! The sandwiches were hot and ready and our drinks were delicious. What a treat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff friendly and you actually get greeted with an company welcome, rather the new way of acknowledging customers (if u get greeted at all) is usually "Ya?" Or "Hey" or my fav "What do you want?" Now most of these real examples are from 1 fast food\coffee chain, and a female burger chain

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am in brantford at least once a week usually twice and go to Starbucks every time I’m in town. This location as well as Henry street are always good. I consistently receive what I order. It’s always delicious. And honestly the baristas /customer service is always amazing. They 100% have it down to an art with how kind everyone is. Always smiling and pleasant. It’s a literal pleasure, as a lot of places lack in customer service, but I have never met a barista at Starbucks that wasn’t super friendly. Thank you for always being delightful and kind …….. to all the staff of both the West and Henry locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love star bucks but not sure what’s up with its app.. the app has been taking my money and putting it on gift cards when I’ve never purchased a gift card before and I’ve never put one on in the app, so they’re basically just taking my money this has happened 3 times now so be careful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, efficient experience when visiting for a drink on their patio. Enhanced cleaning of patio tables needs to occur regularly with the number of staff working. Safety signs should be posted on the entrance pad of this location to avoid a possible accident. Parking area is a safety hazard for customers who like to visit this location for done in and drive thru.
