The staff were open and available to help if we needed it while letting us do our own thing (which is my preference!). I also appreciated the wide variety in price points — the whole process is covered by the price of the object you choose, and those prices are listed on their website. Overall a great experience and I’ll definitely be returning on special occasions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most amazing experience as a first timer. The ladies helped me with getting foot and hand prints of my 4 month old on the product. They had also changed the date from when I had signed up. When they changed the date, they called me to let me know AND they allowed me to come in on the original date if it was more convenient for me.
Great customer service, the product turned out perfect and my son had fun! All wins! Will definitely be going back
