★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed up this morning at 8:15am and the store was lit up and open sign lit up yet doors were locked. Store was supposed to be open at 8am. Tried calling the store with no answer and finally at 8:50am I gave up waiting . Disappointing service and will be heading to the Cambridge store instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, very helpful. However, we bought a 5 gallon pail as well as a couple of gallons as we are painting our entire upstairs. There was no spout or any other way to pour the paint out of the 5 gallon pail without either dropping it or spilling it all over the place. We had to use a soup ladle to get it out of the pail into the tray. Quite time consuming, messy and annoying!
You would think there would be a spout for easier pouring. Also there were no stir sticks included which unfortunately I didn't realize until I got home.
My husband was not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service by Nico and others! The Emerald paint line is worth every penny. Updated colours to choose from! Great coverage, low odour, no spray while rolling on your hands and it dried beautifully!!! Highly recommend this product and company.
