R	Richard Borrows on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor part service. I gave my chain measurements and was sold a chain which was much too short. I returned the chain the next day which was a trip from a nearby town. When I arrived i was told I needed to buy another chain at a cost of $50. The owner I presume, didn’t even have the courtesy to approach the front of the store but found it easier to yell at me implying it was my fault the chain was the wrong size. I had intended doing business with this store but if they treat costumers this way they can only loose in the end. BTW I am converting a wheelchair bicycle for my daughter to electric. I explained the job with pictures. No empathy was shown to the situation!! Good luck Cyclepath Brantford and get a better attitude ?

Stuart and his staff at the Brantford Cyclepath are easy going, thoughtful and ever present once you become a customer. Shopping is easy. Staff are very knowledgeable but best of all accessible. I just had a wonderful experience following a disappointing event. Needing a bike serial number for a police report after hours..... not only did Stuart reply immediately but with compassion. Don’t miss out on having this shop in your cycling life!!!!

From when I placed the order, the email updates, the ability to text someone and get responses I truly felt that my business was valued. Covid has hammered small business, and it has been extra hard on the cycle industry. It is nice to see a business adapting and doing what it can to help consumers. Thank you.

I first heard about them through their weekly Saturday gravel ride, and became a customer soon after. As someone who rides 100’s of kms per week, I find myself at the shop often for minor repairs — and Stuart and his team are ALWAYS available to help. They have fixed my bike before races and before weekend rides — and the entire staff is knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend shopping at Cyclepath and using them as your main mechanic.
