Out of the handful of companies I've dealt with over the past three years, these people by far have been the absolute BEST to deal with. Their knowledge and customer service far exceeded anything I could have expected. Ron and his crew will take good care of you.

Ron knows anything and everything about ebikes and service. Don't buy into the negative reviews. The last thing this store will do is rip you off or overcharge you. I highly recommend visiting ebike express for all your needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Ron / Ebike Express as I was in the market for ebikes for my wife and I, as we were new to this we weren’t sure if we should invest in new, or buy a good used one. Regardless Ron was very helpful in helping me understand the bikes, technology etc. Even through he knew it may not result in the sale of new bikes. We did find good quality used bikes, but will say this. “If , when we ever step up to new, Ron will be the guy I deal with, very knowledgeable, helpful & transparent. A true industry PRO, thank you Ron!

I will say with confidence that Ron is very good at his job and has helped me a few times previous to his business and succeeded in repairing my ebike. I have a big job 4 him and I'll be more knowledgeable about his prices. I will then give my honest review.
