★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place in town for all your riding needs. I’m new to the bicycle world and this store has everything that I need. I bought my bicycle from them. I had a lot of questions but with the staffs knowledge I was able to pick out the perfect bike for my needs. I was very happy with my purchase. I love the fact you can take your bike for time up before the season starts. If your in the market for anything related to bikes make sure you take a look at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Bicycle Shop provided the best service I can remember receiving in years. Laurie was super knowledgeable about the products, fit, safety and comfort. She took the time to explain options and ensured I found the right bike for me. The employees seem to truly enjoy working there and all were helpful. Because of the shortage world-wide, I waited a few months and then a week before it was supposed to be ready, there was a knock at my door and Paul explained that they didn't have the correct phone number to contact me, so he stopped by to make sure I knew it was ready. This showed their commitment and passion for customer service, especially since they could have readily sold it to another customer. I was impressed! Best of all, the bike is perfect in every way, and I'm delighted riding around with a big smile, ringing the bell and waving at everyone! I'll be a loyal customer forever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been looking for the right bike for a while, and just so happened that this place allegedly had the one i wanted in stock, for the actual MSRP, in the size and colour i wanted.
Called in cause i live 2 hours away and wanted to make sure i wasnt driving all the way out for no reason, Paul picked up the phone was extremely helpful, said that the online stock was accurate, and that i could come get it.
made the 2 hour drive over, found Paul and the bike, and started chatting.
Paul, and everyone else working were extremely friendly and helpful. i wanted to get a whole bunch of accessories added, and they were more that happy to build the bike the way i wanted, while not trying to up sell me on things i didnt want/need
the only complaint i have about this bike shop is that its not closer to where i live, as these guys would easily have been my go to shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and knowledgeable staff, Paul was very helpful. I picked up my Giant Explore E+1 yesterday and rode my first 40k today. I couldn't be happier, this bike is smooth, quiet, powerful and efficient. I can maintain a good speed without power, so no range anxiety whatsoever, but in Eco mode 160km with power is not going to be a problem. Cant wait to ride again tomorrow, and no rain in the forecast, yippee! Its gonna be a great summer with this bike!!
