★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars isn’t enough. Mike and his son are fantastic an so helpful. They literally made my 16 year old Gary Fisher look and work like new. I haven’t rode in about 5 years so my bike was pretty rough and they made her work like brand new. They even showed me how to properly remove and put back on your front wheel on my bike so I can throw it in my hatchback.
Thank you guys so much!! You have absolutely earned a new loyal customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike the owner is a stand up guy!!!! I was riding from Brantford to Paris and picked up a tack in my tire. Luckily A1 Cycle was a close walk AND open on a Sunday. He got me moving again and generously gave me a presta valve adapter for future use. I will be back, and with a coffee next time. Thx.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been bringing my families bike's into the shop for their yearly tune ups for a couple of years now. The service is fantastic, extremely friendly and so knowledgeable.
I've popped in a couple of times due to operator error and they've had me back out riding in no time.
I highly recommend everyone to bring their bike's into this amazing shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly, and knowledgable service. Mike literally saved us! We were biking from Hamilton to Brantford when we discovered one of our tires was flat (punctured). He helped us get back on the road. We will never forget the kindness and genuine care we recieved. He made our day and as a business owner I appreciated the service. If I could give 6 stars I would. Buy and shop local!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome. My last 2 bike shop experiences prior to A1 weren't great.
I wanted something different and found A1 online. Definitely happy with them! They were friendly, took great care of us (and even got a wheel replacement for my daughter's bike without having to basically buy a new bike.
Costs were so reasonable and speed they were up front about how they would manage repairs if they were possible (they were!).
Very pleased. Will return. Definitely recommend.
