★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like how the new location is big and spacious with a variety of stuff. There is a decent inventory of most items. Most of the time the staff at the register is friendly.
I had placed an online order for an electronic item for pick up at this location. I was not pleased that they had sold me an open boxed electronic, when on their website they clearly state that they don't accept returns on open boxed electronics. Someone had clearly used this product, removed the packaging on the electronic and and charging cord and tossed everything back into the box unsecured. I had purchased a brand new electronic, don't try to scam me by selling an open boxed product without informing me ahead of time or at full price. The manager was rather skeptical when I returned within minutes of discovering this. I eventually got my item exchanged but buyer beware, always check your products before you walk out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mean, nobody likes being hounded while they shop, but. Nobody asked us if we needed help at all. And then the cashier was not friendly, patient, or helpful at all while trying to redeem points, as she kept saying "can you scan your card?" All while I am holding my phone up waiting for her to scan... all in all, I did get what I wanted. Just was not a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive for sure, but, great quality products. I gave 4 stars because they have a problem with sizing for online products. Some online items are advertised as one size but in reality are wayy smaller. Customer service is on point though. My sizing issue was addressed immediately and they really did make me feel valued as a customer. I placed my online order in-store and paid for it in-store, which was cool. They made it really easy to get the products I needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I arrived just after opening on Sunday, service was horrible. We asked him about adult trikes and he said we don't have them, we would just add training wheels to a bike. I then told him I am sure they are on your web site and he then stated no we just do training wheels. Then he walked away on his phone. After about 15 minutes he returned and we asked for help trying to find the right size and asked if the seat could go lower, he said maybe a bit if you took off the reflector, he did not make any moves to help us and went back to his phone. We left went to a bike shop and we bought 2 bikes plus accessories and we will not return to sport check again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a winter jacket yesterday for my wife's birthday and the staff was very outgoing and so polite. Well the coat was one size too small so I brought it back today and had it exchanged with no problems and the staff again blew my mind with how helpful and nice they were. Thankyou and I'll definitely tell everyone how great my experience was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sport Chek has a lot of great products especially sportswear that is geared towards the new technology and fashion. Prices are okay and they have an abundant amount of stock. The staff there are quite helpful and very polite. They are definitely following covid guidelines and the Stars also kept very clean. They've got all the brand names and Sporting Goods.
