By the time I realize, I’m at home and they offer a refund which takes 10 days to get. But I need my Grocieries now ??? Why can’t I just go back and get the items that were missing

Had no bags at self check out and 5 people standing around watching people bag groceries with no bags. They wouldn't help or answer questions if tou paid them too. After years of shopping there and spending a thousand dollars a month will know longer being shopping at any Walmart.

Only reason why it lost a star & doesn't have all 5 is because there was nobody around to ask for help finding what I needed. mind you it was near closing but it still would have been nice to have someone help me. Overall it was a great place to shop. I will be going back for sure when I need some shopping done again.
P	P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Walmart has always provided great service. edit: last visit, the store was a total mess. Losing stars. Pay people more and you might be able to keep up with the workload. Photo relevant: cart corral hasn't been touched all day, blocking half the lane in the parking lot. Pay better wages and you'll have the staff you need.
G	Ginny N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called store to see if item was in stock as some of stores had limited inventory. Was transferred to a CE associate that never picked up call. Phone rang a great number of times, I then hung up and the CS person transferred me once again. Again, no pick up. Called back once again, this time didn't speak to the CS person was just transferred where the phone rang a number of times. Stayed in hold and phone rang for a long time. Manger was present when that CS person final answered my call, and she was more than happy to assist me!? Good thing was I got my item that was on sale. I do have to say that other than Giant Tiger, prices are good as far as everyday items that people need. Prices will continue to climb. But no one should put up with poor Customer Service. This is what I had to put up with at the Brantford. WM store!

The shelves are a bit sparse at times but I think that is supply and demand. The aisles are really improved now... Not so cluttered as before the pandemic. I like the self check, well attended. Much improvement from a couple years ago.

Give people back their employment I don't work there so give me the cashiers back their jobs what's the point of an economy if we're not taking care of people.
