★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been going to S&H for over 9 years as I had found them to carry everything needed for my holistic healing. I have a mask exemption. Upon arrival the staff told me according to bilaw there are NO EXCEPTIONS and I am NOT MASK EXEMPT!!! I was also told I have to SANITIZE my hands which I refused to do as my skin is sensitive to sanitizers so was told I must wear rubber gloves! When I refused I was told by the staff that she would shop for me!! This is human rights OVERREACHED!!! I walked out and WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when i walked in, the worker (older lady) had her mask barely on (it wasn't looped over one ear) and was talking to a customer who also had his mask under his chin. we are in covid times where omicron is surging and honestly felt very uncomfortable paying for the item i purchased because no one was wearing their mask right. the worker did NOT assist me and just talked leisurely with the customer who already paid for his stuff. the worker also had very poor customer service. will never be returning here.
