I spent on average $250 to $500 a month... until a couple months ago when I was disrespected and "talked down" by two staff members as I was exchanging a defective bottle that wasn't opening purchased a day before. I've been buying online since.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic shopping experience, great products, and amazing staff! I went to purchase manuka honey, and they were out of the larger size jar. Went to the front cash and was immediately advised to get two smaller jars and they would provide the lesser amount value of the larger single jar! I have since been back three more times and will continue to shop there! Recommend this store for your health food needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know some people may find this small and petty but I don't because I was in the service industry as a owner of a business and the small things add up. The littlest things annoy certain customers where they may not return. I asked an employee for help to find 4 things and she said you need a basket I will get you one and she did. After her help I thanked her and proceeded to the counter and put my items on it. I then placed the basket on top of 2 other ones that were already there. The cashier then said something I didn't quite hear so I said excuse me. She then said can you put your basket where it belongs with other ones over there about 15 feet away. So I picked all 3 now and put with the stack of others as other customers in line looked at me like a child who was just ordered by their parent. No please or thank you. I don't know I just didn't like the attitude of this person, I mean I just spent almost $200 and I have to do their job? I mean if that was my employee they wouldn't have acted that way.

I came in for some Omega-3 and was helped by this one employee who was fantastic in her knowledge.
Overall, great experience and friendly workers and such a nice vibe/environment the second you walk into the store.
