★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From my experience, many staff there seem to have an air of judgement , looking down on you, etc leading to not the best customer treatment ; even me depending on what I buy ... if I am looking for something expensive they seem to be quite helpful but if I am wandering and have sale items it is like maybe they think I am cheap or poor. Or as I read other reviews, maybe it is how I appear..... The manager Jenny who I have seen around when people call for the manager and sometimes she treats people poorly when they raise a problem yet well if they want advice for high end items. The last time I was there, I saw staff giving a lady issues regarding her points and the lady was sticking up for herself saying that the staff there told her and her husband to change their number. Apparently, the lady was having issues of points not being added and was trying to get staff to correct it (again). I felt bad for this customer. I have never been in a store where it is so two-faced. ALL customers are valuable!!! I don't understand this mentality and why the poor treatment. I hope management can straighten out because it is not good business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great variety of products. Staff are helpful with an abundance of knowledge. Weekly and month long discounts on many popular items. This newest location is a welcome addition to the area. Easy access off the QEW as well as Centennial Parkway. Plenty of parking directly in front of the store, including adequate and easy accessibility ♿️. I recommend taking the time to visit and enjoy the experience. Am certain you will not regret it and think it is likely that you will become a regular patron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff and the manager is a sweetheart. Never had any problems with any of them. However the district manager Wan shows horrible customer service, and fired their receiver on the spot, because they spent 3 minutes helping a customer find a product. I overheard that the receiver had been asked before completing her task that she was to put some cookies on the display which she was doing wen the customer asked for help. Customer asked if they could finish conversation quickly but several staff members interrupted them and caused quite the scene and left me and the other customers shaken up. The customer walked away saying that the receiver is great and lovely to speak to and was offended by the treatment she and the worker received by the district manager; someone who’s first priority should be ensuring the customer is taken care of. No box is so urgent to unpack it can’t wait 2 minutes. Can’t believe I witnessed this! Firing someone on the spot for delivering diligent customer service? Not a store I’ll be shopping at or a company I will be supporting. Going to be telling everyone I know to avoid Healthy Planets in the area and stick to Goodness me instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is absolutely lovely it is always so clean and tidy and the staff has always greeted me with a very friendly approach. The lovely lady who helped me today went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and even told me more about sales so I could end up saving money in the long run! 10/10 highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is nice, clean and staff is generally attentive and willing to help. However, you need to be aware and double check the prices ring up properly at the cash registers. Without exaggeration, I’ve fallen victim to being over charged for items more than a dozen times. Sale and promotional prices rarely ring up correctly and you have to tell the cashier the correct pricing, wait for them to verify, and then correct or refund you.
You guys NEED to do better with this.
This business also does not subscribe to the Scanning Code of Practice as most major retailers, so there is no recourse for these types
of errors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm obsessed with this place- this location specifically actually. I'm not sure if it's the manager or the assistant manager but I believe her name may be Jennifer...I think she's a nutrionist as well if I'm not mistaken!
She's amazing. They all are. The manager is fantastic as well. Always ready to help out, chat it up, and she's extremely knowledgeable on all the products. She's always a big help for me when I come in. These people work hard and they're always on point.
Very professional, and very welcoming.
As for the store, it's in immaculate condition every time I come in. The floors are so clean and shiny that you can eat off of them. Everything is always stocked and faced- it's very impressive. I noticed all of healthy planets stores are like this but this location really puts the icing on the cake.
It's like a healthy and natural shoppers drug mart, pop eyes, and grocery store in one.
I LOVE the amount and the variety of organic products and they ALWAYS have really good sales happening.
