I've been to this Sally's location twice now, both times I was greeted right away and the staff was amazing! Recommendations were great for what I was looking for. They didn't go for the most expensive product, but instead went with a recommendation from experience with what actually works! VERY knowledgeable about the products I was looking at/inquiring about, and honest when it came to ones that they weren't too sure about/didn't have any feedback on. Will definitely be back again!!

If I could use no stars I would ! Had a employee buy a clipper machine and was not told about the return policy untill after purchase. Was not told that if the machine was used it would not be able to be returned. My employee did not use the machine and when tried to return was immediately told once entering the store that they don’t do returns but the manager Sunday. Was not asked anything was just refused any service and was told they don’t do returns and she was on the phone and said all this while on the phone. Not giving the customer time to explain why she wanted the return. I then went over to try and see what the next steps were and was giving tons of attitude and ended up calling customer service myself to try and resolve the situation as my employee was very upset given the way she was treated upon arrival at the store. I have been going to Sally’s for years as I live close and am a hairstylist. I have never been treated like this by this location and to have a customer in line comment and tell me I’m being rude when I was treated rude was just the end of the line. THIS COMPANY IS NOT MEANT FOR PROFESSIONALS HAIRSTYLISTS. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING They pick and choose when and who they are going to enforce policies on and all staff are not trained the to do the same things. I understand policies are in place for sanitary reasons but the customer service is beyond terrible. I am extremely disappointed in Sunday the manager as I have known her for years and have never had this treatment from her and I have always been friendly and easy going good into this Sally’s. Unfortunately I will NEVER return to this store and neither will my 7 hairstylists. My boss has also stop buying salon products from Sally’s as they are never consistent in their pricing and their customer service is ATROCIOUS. More or less the manager needs to get a grip and make sure she has consistency among staff members. Being a manager myself I understand the difficulty of this but it is necessary to a business that ALL customers are treated the same.

I used to shop at Sally for years and I stopped going there mainly because the products they carry are full of harmful chemicals. I was looking for a hair colour without too much chemicals and without henna and a friend suggested that I go to Sally. Today was my first visit after a year or so and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had exactly what I was looking for. The reason for this review is not to review their products but the service I received while in the store. This was the first time I actually enjoyed shopping at a Sally location. I asked questions from a staff and she was honest to say that she’ll get someone for me who has expertise in that product. The person who showed up was extremely knowledgeable, professional and had my best interest in mind. After I walked around, asking about other products I realized that she is the store manager. Sally you got one of your long lost customers back because of this store manager. I will go back and edit this review to add her name as an appreciation. I would also add that there were three staff present when i was there and I had some sort of interaction with each of them. They were all super friendly so I am shocked reading some of the reviews below. That certainly was not my experience. Be careful when you read those negative reviews as they could be from people who are bitter for some reason or other. Unrelated to the above: I was happy to find out that Sally sells PPEs for COVID.

The manager Crystal is a lovely lady, the storefront isn’t open right now but they can grab something for you if you know what you want. She was very helpful ans considerate. Very good customer service! I love this Sally’s!

0 stars!!!! I don't understand how this store is still open. They never answer their phones for curbside pick-up even just to PLACE the order. Instead of answering they let it ring out and then just pick-up and hang-up on you. The girls are all RUDE, no one helps you with ANYTHING they have NO knowledge of any of the products. This is the only Sally Beauty that's close to my house and I will now go out of my way to avoid having to go back here. This has been my experience with this specific store on at least 8 occasions.

I went in today for the first time to get bleach and a hair colour to do my hair myself. The woman that was at the counter was very arrogant when I was asking questions about the product. Then when I was leaving my sister noticed that she had rolled her eyes at a comment I made about the price being less than expected. If your going to work in a shop that has products to dye your hair at home, maybe keep the attitude to yourself..

Went in today there was a girl in a red plaid shirt working. She did not tell me about any of the sales happening in the store when I walked in or when I asked for help or EVEN when I cashed out. I only know there were ongoing sales because she was talking to another customer a few isles over. I asked for help with finding the right toner and she wasn’t much help she couldn’t answer my questions either. The worst hair salon I’ve ever been too in terms of customer service and products. The beauty store in the Queenston and Nash plaza will forever be my go to.

I come here regularly so I feel like I can give a pretty solid review on this place. Most of the staff are super friendly, but there's a couple miserable ones. Most of the time I'm greeted at the door and told the sales, but there's a couple employees who barely acknowledge you when you walk in the door. So I understand why there are some bad reviews. But Sally's is the only place that carries the hair dye I use so I'll come here whether or not they're nice anyway haha. Although sometimes they are out of it but I'm not sure if that's even their fault, the person who checked me out today scanned in my items wrong so their inventory is probably wrong due to the miserable staff not checking things out properly. So just a couple bad apples.
