B	Brandon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kick my wife out while she's reading ingredients of a product for her face because she's been there over an hour? Manager says there's a policy about this? Where's the policy? I'd love to see it. How ridiculous is this? Never going back to this pathetic Shoppers Drug Mart again. Lost alot of business from two hard working individuals!
L	Lynnie L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could I could give zero stars I would I brought in prescription for a patient who had just had Total shoulder replacement surgery and was told it would be 40 minutes. I therefore took the patient home and returned 40 minutes later. The line up for pick up went all the way into the cosmetics section. Once I was served I was informed it would be another ten minutes...so I walked around for 10 minutes. Second time in line..I was told "He is working on it"...so this time I sat down in the chairs provided to wait. And wait..and wait..and wait. Finally I joined the line for the 3rd time...completely fed up..and the gentleman who served me had to look in every basket..in every drawer..here.... there and everywhere to find the second bottle of pills. Total time waiting for 80 pills...equals 2 hours and 20 minutes..total time patient was in agony waiting..well I'm sure it felt a LOT longer to him . .It's a shame...it's as though they need a consultant to come in and help them get organized.
C	Courtney Punys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor communication between staff, poor communication between staff and patient. Countless times I have been told a prescription is ready when it was not. Extremely long waits. Staff have no issue being rude to you. If you are able, I would suggest going to any other pharmacy in the area. I will be moving my prescriptions else where. They are simply too busy and too understaffed to maintain workload.
D	Darcy Fitzpatrick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store itself is fine but the pharmacy? I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve never encountered a more inept group of people in all my life. Been coming here for a year and it’s been nothing but trouble. If it’s not a problem with my prescription there’s usually someone else getting visibly, sometimes loudly frustrated over the way their healthcare is being mishandled. I am officially done with this place. If this is your nearest pharmacy, I suggest you go out of your way to wherever is next closest, this place really isn’t worth the constant hassle.

But $5 bill was perfectly fine. Cashier saw that i have other brand new $5 bill so she wanted new one instead of old one. I do not recommend to go here.
K	Kuber Karol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my booster dose of the covid 19 vaccine here today, the lady who gave me the shot was so helpful and polite, guided me with an issue with the attaining of my vaccine certificate too. The store is well organized and stacked with whatever stuff you would expect at a shoppers drug mart. 5 out of 5 !!

I spent about an hour there and had a couple items in my hand to purchase. I like to read the ingredients and reviews on products before buying them so it takes me a while. Honestly I was just trying to have alone time as I have 5 kids at home. My husband had given me some money for my birthday which was the next day so I wanted to spoil myself. The security guard came over to me and said that if I wasn’t going to buy anything I had to leave. Which I had items in my hand I was going to buy but I wasn’t finished looking around. Then I asked for their manager. Her response was they have a policy which you cannot spend more than an hour there and he was just doing his job. I was obviously upset. They had clearly judged me. I have never been so disrespected in my life and never heard of such policy. This is how they treat their hard working customers. I have dedicated my life to working in healthcare but I can’t even spend my time looking around at a store. I would not recommend this shoppers ever! While the security guard was busy following me around someone actually was trying to steal. They ended up chasing him out of the store as I was paying for my things. They have poor customer service skills and are just plain rude! I would rate them 0 stars if there was the option.
R	Roxann Tutty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this store but can no longer deal with this pharmacy. Never have I ever had so many issues with a pharmacy. I’ve always used Shoppers pharmacies. After many prescriptions of the same medication they wouldn’t even give me a couple a few pills to tide me over until my refill came through (yes was willing to pay the $15 fee. If it was something minor I wouldn’t care but the pharmacist knows that this is something that I need to take daily. In the process of transferring other refills to my local Rexall.
