★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees I have dealt with have given me very good customer service over the years - with a personal touch that is not found everywhere anymore. My only criticism pertains to their online website, which is very antiquated and does not even allow for e-transfers. I have continued to bank here because of the staff.

They gossiped about my client right in front of us. They were not willing to assist her with her finances so she asked a mortgage broker for assistance. Extremely unprofessional . I would put 0 stars if an option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank only cares about money no interest in customer service. They will not work with you at all. Obviously have no common sense and ignorant women in the CEO and financial manager. They even do illegal things like check you credit without your permission. Good luck if you have an account here. I lost my job and they will put you further in debt. The kicker is I want to pay the full amount but on my timeline (requested two weeks)and all they do is make excuses trying to make you pay on their frequency. Does that make sense to you? You’d be better off banking somewhere else!
