Small store but clean and well-stocked. Plenty of health and beauty items, not so much food or electronics. Staff are friendly and attentive. Parking is usually not very full and it's close enough to other stores to park once and get several things done.

If you have to fill up your presto pass do it before 8:30 pm. After 8:30 pm the presto system there turns off at 830 pm so either you'll have to wait till the next day or walk to the other one near Dewitt & Highway 8.

Much better service and helped make the transition smooth from another store.

I have been by numerous times and always been well greeted by the staff. Cole is a kind, helpful , and a welcoming addition to your store. All the staff are great.

Tried to drop off a PVR COVID test from school and was told to come back the next day but to call first. I did and they said they weren’t doing them. This happened at 15 different pharmacies that were listed on the provincial website and after speaking to public health and I am now giving up on trying to find a drop off location. I guess making one phone call to public health is too much trouble for the pharmacy and no money in it for them.

After being declined at Costco Pharmacy after I booked an appointment for a rapid COVID test because I wasn’t travelling and needed it for business purposes. I was in a bad spot! I called the pharmacy in and they immediately got me in for a test. They were pleasant and professional! This is now the only pharmacy I will use in Stoney Creek! Thank you!!!

eauty boutique shoppers READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING: I purchased an eye cream sampler at this location for my boyfriend for Valentine’s day about two weeks ago. The box comes with 5 or 6 different eye cream samples and a gift card voucher you can use to redeem a full-size eye cream of your choice. My boyfriend tried some of the samples and told me he didn't want to get an eye cream because he probably would never use it. So, I called the beauty boutique and spoke to the Beauty Boutique manager and was told that because the box was opened and not in re-sellable condition, she would not process a return. I informed her that it had been less than 30 days and we had not redeemed the gift card voucher (value of $85), which is what we were essentially trying to return. Despite this, the manager rushed me off the phone and said they could not resell the samples because the box was opened and there was nothing she could do. She did take my phone number and offered a call back in two or three days but I never received a call back. I was quite upset about this experience not only because of the terrible customer service but also because the whole point of samples are to SAMPLE, and that Shopper's will resell returned items even during a pandemic. I basically found out the hard way that Shopper's Drug mart has a very onerous return policy and even after phoning the general customer service line I was told the same thing. I was also told that if the product is defective, I would need to go contact the manufacturer directly and the store was not responsible for a return. Wow… For such a large corporation, I am surprised how bad their return policy is. It might have been helpful to communicate to the customer at the time they are purchasing expensive products such as skin care about their return policy but unfortunately, I had to find out the hard way. After spending almost $100 dollars on something my boyfriend didn't like and receiving such bad customer service, I would give shoppers drug mart beauty boutique 0 stars if I could. I will certainly redeem the voucher, and going forward I will not choose Shopper's Drug mart beauty boutique to purchase skin care or cosmetics for myself or anyone due to this horrible experience. I will be bringing my business to places like Sephora, Nordstrom, and Holt Renfrew where they actually respect their customers and have a customer-satisfaction oriented return policy. Shopper's Drug Mart is convenient, but it is not worth the headache when you're spending hundreds of dollars on high-end products.
