Food was all cold. My wrap looked disgusting and torn apart. Drink was pretty much half full. Will never be ordering from here again. (The β€œtop” of the wrap, is the bottom) tried uploading a picture but wouldn’t work

Very good! Avsolutely love the beyond the meat burger with cheese. But the prices are a little high for a fast food joint. Not sure if everyone agrees ?

This is the only A&W i've ever been to that has food issues... During the day it's business as usual and the food is a solid 7/10 and what i mean by that score is the food is usually good but sometimes your burger is not hot but overall not to bad. After about 10pm this place is a complete right off 2/10, the orders take absolutely forever to come out and the burgers are ALWAYS room temperature making them gross. I'm a technician so i travel around the GTA A LOT so i get to taste a large sample size of these restaurants and i can tell you this one is a no go. I waited to post this review after i ate at this place 10+ times to see if my experience was a 1 off and unfortunately it wasn't. Btw, im eating the food within 2-3min of pick-up so it's not like it's sitting in my seat for 30min before eating. In closing.... don't waste your time and just drive 1km up the road to mcdonalds.

When I placed my order in the drive through there was no line up, but they asked me to pull into a parking spot and wait for my food. After about 20 minutes they brought half of my order and the other half was missing. When I asked them to get the rest of my order they had me wait another 20 minutes (not exaggerating) to get the rest of my order. Unbelievably rude as well, arguing with me about what I ordered when it was clearly on the receipt. Cant believe this place is still in business.

Food is always great and very healthy as well. The only use free-range chickens for their eggs and their chicken. Their beef is from range raised beef without antibiotics. Can't go wrong with this place. New photo is the 100% grass fed beef Mama burger with extra lettuce and tomatoes on a 7 Grain bun. Did I mention they have the best root beer or root beer floats you can possibly get? Photo is the beyond meat burger with extra lettuce ❀️soooo good. I discovered it during a promotion a long time ago. I’ve been hooked since. Seriously the best in the market ?? Still the best beyond meat Burger around.

My parents went to this location today and ordered 2 Teen Burgers with NO bacon. Came to $16.00, no surprise there. They got bacon on both burgers and bit into it. When they asked to have them remade the manager refused and said it's not his problem.. He ended up slamming the drive thru window on them and was extremely unprofessional and rude. If a customer has an allergy, or requests something NOT be put on their burger due to religious reasons, that is to be accommodated. No questions asked. To pay $16.00 for 2 burgers you can't even eat is insane. Go to the Eastgate location. Friendly staff who get it right the first time.

I would have liked my veggie burger to be cooked more ,. We were going to eat it in the car because we were hungry but it was already cold. My son ordered the teen Burger he said it kind of tasted funny. To be honest I probably will not order a beyond the meat burger from a&w again. I was quite disappointed especially when I know how well a beyond the meat burger can taste.

I went to pick up my skip order and the lady at the window (Daljeet Kaur) started making excuses that she didn’t prepared my order because she was busy talking to her friend at the drive thru. Very disappointed. Please train your staff to behave and talk nicely to the customer. Thanks. Ps: look at the long line she was talking about
