The store is very welcoming and quaint. Nen is always very helpful in assisting me select the perfect gift for my Mom, as she knows her customers well.

Where to begin? I've been shopping at Hooked on Holistics for years and I can honestly say that this is my favourite store. Nen and everyone that works at this phenomenal shop are so attentive, caring, and they truly have your best interest at heart. I love the workshops that are offered, the organic products, the sense of community, and the vast amount of knowledge that Nen has. I have never met anyone more willing to help and work with you than Nen. If you haven't been here, do yourself a favour and give this store a go. You will not be disappointed; plus the peace you feel while you enter cannot be put into words.

Fantastic variety, ethical on every level, so much consideration and thought placed into sourcing product, array of services. Online workshops well-planned and helpful. I've gained a tremendous amount of knowledge in this space. Lovely customer service.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store!!! It isn't just a store, it is an experience. They have so many amazing things in there, make sure you give yourself time to browse. It is such a great place to buy unique gifts. I always leave there feeling great on the inside and out :)

I started my crystal journey here with my Crystal 365 book and selenite wand. I came here for my second visit today and had 2 transactions because there was just so many good things to find.-And a few that were finding me ! This singing bowl had been in the back of my mind, and after hearing its sounds I had to purchase. Very helpful staff as well as other friendly customers, always a great experience.

Wow, I REALLY enjoyed my first visit to this store! I bought a beautiful wall banner (a quality, hand-crafted piece made by Indonesian families that has large pockets on it that & offers itself as a functional art piece - it's bringing my Feng Shui energy into balance by clearing paper clutter ie./flyers & bills to pay) I'm sooo happy with it. The in-store experience was fabulous. It was a warm, welcoming environment, fully stocked & reasonably priced! Nen (the shop owner) is clearly an expert in holistic living and knows her products inside & out. Nen made me feel reassured that all products were authentic & of the highest quality. Her assistant (didn't catch her name) was sweet as pie, cheery, welcoming & makes you feel right at home! I was able to shop in comfort, confidence and left with no regrets. I was excited to get home and set up what I bought. I'm REALLY looking forward to going back to Hooked on Holistics! Also, I received a free dog food sample on my way out - to try the pet "Taste Challenge" (by Happy Tails, cat food is also available) - once home, I put my dog's FAVORITE kibble in one half of his bowl & the new stuff in the other half & the pic says it all - he ONLY ate the new stuff!! He's very fussy about kibble in general, he likes wet foods so getting him a "favorite kibble" was no small feat in the first place - so him gobbling up the new kibble was a jaw dropping surprise! Nen told me that she puts a lot of effort into product research so she can provide the very best in holistic, nutritious & quality products and my dog's enthusiastic review of the kibble really emphasized her point! After such a wonderful customer service experience, witnessing my dog's very unexpected love of the dog food & being thoroughly impressed by my multi-functional, Feng Shui enhancing wall banner(❤️!), I know for certain, that Hooked on Holistics is a local small business that I will become an avid supporter & regular customer, of. The hours are easy to remember too which makes my life happy one now that I know them (LoL!) - don't go by before brunch, after 5pm or on Sundays - they'll be closed! They're open Mon - Sat 11am-5pm. This is easy to remember & is reasonable because not only does Nen work in the store 11-5pm, she also has to do the book keeping, product research, ordering, merchandising, website & social media maintenance (& that's just what I think of off the top of my head!), So I have no qualms about the hours. I love that they're consistent from day to day and easy to remember ??! Hooked on Holistics is an awesome local business that deserves our community support. I highly recommend it. It's little shops like this one that makes a community unique and more self-reliant. Please consider checking out their website & visiting the shop at Grays Rd & Hwy 8 in Stoney Creek. ??!

The woman working at the store made my friend and I very uncomfortable. You can tell their have been thefts from their shop due to the MANY posters letting customers know they are being watched closely on cameras posted ALL over the store but some advice for the older woman with large glasses working …. Do not treat all your customers as if they are about to be criminals. As we stepped in she looked annoyed, She followed us around to the point that it made us extremely uncomfortable, kept asking over and over if we needed help even though we were looking at the items and told her more than once that we would let her know if we needed assistance. Overall just a rude attitude with very little customer skills or awareness at how uncomfortable she was making us. Please do better. And make sure you aren’t treating ur customers as thieves just because you’ve had some in the past. Disappointing. you can find a better holistic shop with friendlier service anywhere but here.

Crazy to think the first time I stepped into this store was a decade ago… Still a regular! How could I not be? Nen, is fabulous, intuitive, wise, and so friendly and kind. She knows her stuff and is always willing to share her wealth of knowledge. HOH is filled with everything you could possibly need - and the products are always authentic and of the highest quality. So many interesting and beautiful things to look at! Be sure to give yourself time to browse. You won’t be disappointed! :)
