Dr. Rocci takes the time to explain everything and puts the patient first. The staff and Dr. Rocci work well together, as a team, and do what's necessary to reduce your stress and concerns.
I would recommend Gateshead Dental to anyone who needs dental work done and I am confident that you will be pleased with the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with Gateshead Dental for over 15 year. I have been very pleased with Fel and with his exceptional staff. What you can expect from Gateshead Dental is incredible preventive maintenance. The first time I went to see Fel was when my wisdom teeth were not in great shape and I was worried that I would need major surgery. Fel looked at my teeth and confirmed that they would need to be removed and stated it would not be a major procedure we can do it right now. He pulled all 4 out with only local anesthesia and no pain at all. He went over special things to do and was very thorough in explaining what to expect and what to do.
Fel also followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend Gateshead Dental for honesty and professionalism. Thanks Fel!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not to out Dr. Rocci at all but he has been my dentist since the practice opened 30 years ago! Fel and his team are the absolute best at what they do. My mom and I have anxiety about the dentist and he is the only person we feel comfortable enough with. Dr. Rocci, you and your team are the most professional and calming team of people I have ever met. Can't wait for my next appointment!! <3 Katie

Phillis the receptionist is very rude and uneducated not to mention unprofessional. She kept on hanging up the phone on me after not having the proper education and understanding of what I was asking. The dentist uses old Xray equipment and for that was not able to see what was happening to my tooth after numerous amount of visits! Went to another dentist who saw the problem after the first Xray!

Me: "extra charge of $150 for emergency ???"
Answer: coz you booked an appt today.
The place is clean, tidy but the service that I received was demoralizing..

The reception staff are professional and accommodating when making appointments and all the staff I dealt with couldn’t have been more caring and efficient. I had a very thorough and detailed examination by Dr Rocci and he spent a lot of time discussing his findings and making his recommendations. I felt very well cared for and would not hesitate to recommend this practice.
