★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give this a one star rating. The staff at this store are terrible especially the lady that runs the cash register. I am a zero waste advocate and I bring my own jars and bags. I am very patient and polite with them and wrote down all the products numbers and weights for the jars. Every single time I come here there seems to be an issue. I would rather drive to Burlington or any other location than going to this one. I probably won’t be coming back until the staff is changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a bit disappointed when I asked the young guy that was sweeping a question about a price. It was for a jerky treat for dogs and the price said 47.15, I asked if this was the correct price? Due to the fact that it was one treat. His response was " I don't know " "If that's what it says then that's the price " he Was not helpful at all :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a similar experience to the other reviewers at this location. It was my first time going to this particular store. The second I walked in I was made to feel like I was a sketchy shoplifter or something. The lady at the front chased me around the store when I walked in and immediately was asking “ARE YOU LOOKING FOR ANYTHING?”.
I also brought my own reusable bag and was only there for veggie bouillon cubes. She made it a big deal that I was bringing my own bag. I normally love shopping at bulk barn but I don’t think I will be returning to this particular location...very strange experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Christmas Eve day, I had to rush into this store to find an ingredient (xanthan gum), that I didn’t know I needed, for a gluten-free dessert that I’d never made before. I had the good luck to get some help from Chiara. All I needed was 1tsp but this product was only sold in a 124g bag for $7.79! Holy guacamole! I apologized and left, in the hopes of finding it elsewhere at a better price. A nearby health food store had it too…. 240g @ $21!! That was waaay more than all the dessert ingredients. So I headed back to BB with my head hung in shame but much wiser. Chiara was very kind and didn’t laugh at me, as she was certainly entitled to do. Next time, I won’t mess around and just buy my stuff at BB. Thanks Chiara!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn’t know what this store is like - because a staff member would not let me in if I was not wearing a face mask - told her I was exempt -she was very abrupt, actually keep blocking me - stepping in front of me - all in all she made a scene & I will NEVER shop there!
This was my first & last time there
