Recently, my exhaust was serviced and I was very happy with the high level of professionalism the manager Chris and the mechanics demonstrated. They were polite, courteous and even let me see the work needing to be done. It was near closing, yet they still assisted my urgent repair even though it made them work a bit later. I'm impressed by the staff at Midas Fairview and appreciate having them service my car for all needs. Best Regards, Gary

I called the night before to see if they had breaks and rotors for my car, she said they did and they’d be able to put them on with the apt that we made. I go there, drop the car off. Then I mentioned that the breaks were under warranty and that ill have the midas I got them from to fax the paperwork. She calls back after that saying they didnt have the rotors now. Absolute waste of time, i never ever want to deal with her again. I like the company and have had good experiences with midas before, but she takes the cake on not knowing what shes doing
d	delores maas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to book a brake job for my son's vehicle I was borrowing and was given an appointment that fit for me after work. While I was there I noticed they sold tires. I had been looking for winter tires for my truck but had been unable to find a full set anywhere. Chris hooked me up with an awesome deal, held onto my tires while I was waiting for the return of my truck and once I got my truck back, fit me in quickly to get them installed. The service was fast, friendly and efficient, and the interaction very professional. I will return for more service because I fully support being treated with respect as a customer. Thank you Chris, you are awesome.
A	Ashley Ritter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a young women I am always apprehensive to stray from my usual mechanic, whom I trust. First off, none of the employees were wearing masks or social distancing, during the height of Omicron. Foremost they tried to make an easy $500 dollars off of me, assuming my lack of knowledge and inexperience. My car simply needed the muffler to be put back into place, as it had come unhooked. Which is exactly what my regular mechanic did, when I was dissatisfied with Midas and travelled back to my usual shop after. However, Midas and employees insisted I needed to have a brand new muffler ordered in, and replaced, and then proceeded to issue me a near $500.00 estimate. The main man that was working in the office, was condescending when asking me simple questions about my car, for example: "do you even know what year your car is?" to which I promptly answered all of his questions, giving him no indication that I was not capable of doing so. Obviously subject to my opinion, but I would infer that these men at Midas, as many mechanics do, attempted to take advantage of me, to make a quick buck, instead of prioritizing their quality of customer service. I only went to this Midas for convivence and proximity, although convivence and proximity does not outweigh the sexists stereotypes Midas demonstrated. I insist other women to find a shop you trust, and don't go to this Midas, their customer service and professionalism is far below lacking.

Joe the man guy in the office is absolutely outstanding and has helped out so much in the past week. He even got one of the guys to help us out with the wipers due to not having done it in a few years. Joe and all the othe employees have been outstanding in helping with everything. So as a woman I really do appreciate Midas. Keep up the great work
