β β β β β Called this shop during week explained what issue was with my car, they asked all normal questions then stated will price parts and call back. Couple hours called back with price of parts plus job cost, I booked appointment. On appointment day arrived at scheduled time, car went up on hoist asap and within 30 mins mechanic stated was not needing repairs as I originally stated but merely a quick fix on a power steering hose. Unbelievable for a shop to be so honest, quick and professional. These guys are definitely my new repair shop, a hidden gem in the north end.

β β β β β I went to this shop to get a piece of my exhaust pipe replaced due to corrosion. The first visit was done fairly late on a Friday but the shop accommodated. However the pipe that was badly rusting and leaking exhaust gas was only replaced partially that led to a loss of power when I took my car onto the highway.
I explained this to Tim the next day and he immediately began fixing my exhaust pipe as well as always keeping me updated on what heβs planning to do. My car is fixed now and Iβm happy with his service.
Tim is a standup and honest mechanic and it speaks a lot to his character when he will right a wrong ASAP.

β β β β β I believe this mechanic is one of the best service in town. I brought my Passat here for a few replacement and they were really professional. I thought all this will cost me thousands and thousands but they were very honest and reliable what they have done on my car. I have got calls for every single step what supposed to be done for the car before they proceed so this way you avoid any surprises on the bills. I thanks to Levy and his team βin the shopβ.

β β β β β So our front brakes were metal on metal on our way from up North,I actually had new pads but couldnβt find a shop to replace them,it was a Friday late afternoon,we were just doing a couple hr turnaround and heading back north.The only shop that would put there busy schedule on hold and do my desperately needed brakes was Tim.Since that day almost 2 yrs ago heβs been my go to mechanic.with the addition of Levi and his other mechanic itβs even better. Recently I had a complete timing job done on my truck,I was a little nervous spending that kind of cash and knowing it had to be done 100% correct with procedures followed according to manufactures specs.well itβs been several hundred kmβs and my engine is almost like new,IAM one of the very few 04-08 Ford F-150 owners that do not have a β TICK,TICK β noise coming from under the hood on my 5.4L 3V . I highly recommend In The Shop and I hope Tim knows how amazing of a Tradesman he is,his knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. cheers ....Craig Smith
