Recently our 2010 Camry, with 356K on it, was in for some front suspension work. Once they had the car up on the hoist, turns out it was a different fix than what they expected, and on the plus side, a cheaper fix, which always make my wife happier when it comes to car repairs. The car was done on time, and the service desk called to tell us the good news of the repair being complete, and cheaper than first expected. The team at Fleming are trustworthy professionals that keep our car in great running shape, and do only what is required in the way of repairs. They always have the customers best interest in mind.

Previous review: Excellent service and very friendly and knowledgable staff. Whenever I need them to work on my Mini Cooper they respond and arrange appointments very quickly. They generally get parts in quickly and service my car promptly. Its rare that I’ve ever had to wait very long for repairs/service.

Had a great experience with them. They Found the issue I had and corrected it quickly and affordably. I also very much like their online/text messaging process for booking and keeping up to date with my work order. Also liked the summary report showing what’s in good shape and what needs attention soon. Highly recommend checking them out.

H	Hope M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience we ever had! They over charge with labour and parts! Labour is even higher than some professional German car dealership mechanic rates! They were asking $60 for parts available online for only $10. Even worst is that some of their assessment are incorrect! They said the filter and battery needs to be replaced when they are both new! We even checked again if the batteries have the voltage they mentioned through our own reader and our reader confirmed it's in a good brand new condition than what they said. We called them again regarding our concerns and they simply dropped our call. I definitely do not recommend anyone to come at Fleming Automotive. There are far better mechanics who will provide reasonable prices and correct assessments in the area than them.

We followed Stacey when he started his business and have recommended his business to a number of family, friends and acquaintances. We left for a number of years only because we had new vehicles that had a warranty through dealership, but are back now since warranty no longer warrants us to use them. Happy to see that quality work is still being done at Fleming Automotive. ?

Within an hour of reopening, Samantha responded to my email. She was very informative and prompt in her service. The team seems very honest and hardworking. My diagnostic appointment was completed in half the time they booked me for and a comprehensive report was sent to me for review. I never felt pressured or up-sold. I will definitely be back for any service I need on my car.
