★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough about Bob and his team. They really know their stuff and their prices are not outrageous - good value. I ran into a pole at a drive through and my mirrors did not flex in. Bottom line, my door went completely out of alignment. Bob found me a used door - same colour as the car - go figure! He is tenacious about customer service. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want your vehicle rushed.. sounding worse, charged out your a$$ @$1400.00+ and informed afterwards about the parts you originally wanted installed were not available but other were and installed without consent from vehicle owne - THIS IS PLACE TO GO!
vehicle worked on for 3 hours was charged 4 hours, to be informed afterwards German parts were not used. If they weren’t available you wouldn’t of been working on my vehicle to begin with. I informed you myself with my knowledge I needed a complete struct job on each side and wanted GERMAN parts. You said you would complete the job with GERMAN parts, for me to be informed after the job was done that GERMAN parts weren’t used.
What about my hub cabs broken? -in result from unknowledgeable mechanics working vehicle with no intention to replace or refund any amount for damage; just an argument about how their not needed.
Do not recommend and will not be returning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t usually leave Google reviews - I needed some last minute work done on my brakes. Not only did Bob fit me in last minute on a weekend but the rates were cheaper then other places I called. I think I finally found my new mechanic ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to them 3 times now first for an oil change because the bolt was stripped and on too tight to get off ( someone torqued it on before I got the car), then my engine light was on and I need it off to do my test so we did diagnostics and cleared it (but it came back), lastly I had to get my O2 sensor changed (of course!). They are always very professional, fair priced and efficient. I have recommended them and will continue! Thanks again for the help!

I was in a bind right before Christmas someone had cut my catalytic converter out of my vehicle which made my vehicle so loud . every shop I called in Brantford turned me down. This was on dec 23 close to closing time and the long weekend I called Master mechanic and I had never been there before and the manager got me in right away and welded in a new part . I am a new customer and new to Brantford and I just found my new mechanic. Thanks again guys you saved the day and you made my Christmas. One thing for sure I can’t believe any negative review towards them they are top notch with perfect customer care.
