L	Lisa Capozzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just moved to Brantford from the states and I thought one of the biggest headaches would be to find an honest, reliable mechanic which are pretty hard to come by. Fortunately, I was wrong! I had an issue with a tight steering wheel and a few other things and Ian's was recommended to me on a local FB group! Made an appointment the next day. Ian did a thorough inspection on my car (19 year old Hyundai) and took his time to show me what was going on underneath. He tightened and changed a few things, gave me an oil change and my car was good to go. He also explained to me what needs to be replaced in the future and said that nothing was an urgent fix. Very reasonably priced, too! A few weeks later I called to see if he could take a look at a potential car my husband and I were thinking about purchasing. He gave us his honest feedback which ultimately lead to us not purchasing that car. It looked great to us, however there were a lot of things that we missed when we looked for ourselves. Super helpful as the car would've been a money pit to fix! I have recommended Ian's twice to people on FB and now our neighbours just moved to Brantford and are in search of a local mechanic. I'm happy to recommend Ian's to them as I know he won't overcharge and will give them an honest opinion on what he thinks should be done. Really glad to have found them and wanted to write a review to show my gratitude. Thanks guys!

This man goes above an beyond to chat with you about issues/questions and will even access his connections in the community to answer questions he doesn't know.
