I couldn’t have asked for a better team. When I drove off the lot I felt so happy. Thank you again Krista and Erica. If you’re looking for a new car maybe you’ll be lucky enough to deal with these two :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Brantford honda last 6 years. I recently went to get a oil change and switch tires. I have to say the staff are amazing. Big thanks to Trevor and Chrissy who went above and beyond with helping me by making sure I got shuttle service home after I dropped it off at 8.15am and working a night shift so I could get some sleep. There regular driver was not available so Chrissy from front desk dropped me home and picked me up later too. Even assist me to front door because I was on crutches due a fracture. Thank you Brantford Honda for your great customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fantastic experience at Brantford Honda. I came in to inquire about some cars, possibly test drive one and I ended up buying one. Brent Olmstead was fantastic. He answered any questions I had and offered information about the cars. He also went over all the different payment options and warranties. He's a realist-I'm a realist. They had my car ready in a couple days which was a great surprise. Too add, they gave me much more for my trade in than I thought I would get. Thanks again Brent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased a 2018 Honda Civic after being in an accident, and with the waiting on insurance, James and Krista went above and beyond to have the experience be as stress free as possible. Buying a vehicle can be overwhelming, and it didn’t feel that way one bit. James and Krista were more than happy to answer any questions I had. The car was ready quick, and they both ensured everything was perfect for me. Such an amazing experience!! Highly recommend Brantford Honda, especially James and Krista for all your vehicle purchases!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a commuter vehicle so I went straight to Brantford Honda as I had purchased there before. Admittedly, it had been a while but everyone made me feel right at home. I was thinking SUV but Erica Kiss directed me to a gorgeous 2018 Civic, loaded with amazing features and fuel mileage I will definitely appreciate on that ride to work. Krista in finance made the process easy as well by helping me make smart choices without pressure and it was all done fast! I won't go anywhere else- Thanks Brantford Honda ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man !! I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I received at Brantford Honda! Natalie texted me right back about the car I wanted. She came in right away so I could test drive it. When it came to questions-she was patient and knowledgeable. She really represents this company well with a smile and super friendly manner.
When I came to pick up my car, I was in tears because not only was it ready out front but it had a beautiful red bow on it with a wonderful bottle of olive oil from a local business.
Wow! Natalie knows how to make her customers feel special and the whole car purchase was easy and so very satisfying.
Thank you Brantford Honda for employing Natalie as the face of previously owned cars.

My daughter just got her license today at 11am and Natalie had her first “new to her” car all ready for her for pick up at 2pm complete with bow. From start to finish Natalie was fun and informative to deal with and helped us make our car purchase fun and not a stressful or over whelming experience. When purchasing a new or used car Natalie will give it her all to make sure u walk away a happy customer.

I didn't purchase a vehicle from this dealership as of yet, but the level of professionalism, great customer care service experience I've received so far, from the salesperson and management is great. Since I joined the Honda Family most Honda dealerships are welcoming and offers great services so far based on my personal experiences, but to have a manager personal reach our to make sure I was well assisted and taken care of even though I didn't purchase a vehicle from this dealership Is some next level customers care service. Normally I don't see a manager much less hear from one unless requested. I've been dealing with Honda for 10 years now and I continue to be amazed by they're excellent customers service. Great job Brantford Honda team.
