★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to partsource for years being a dedicated customer. I have purchased multiple batteries, had constant problems. 1 month out of warranty and they will not replace or do anything for me. As a dedicated coustomer, this is horrible service and will not return again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do their best. Some staff are much better than others, but I have had wrong parts ordered on more than one occasion. The store rotates through some really great sales on oil, it's worth checking whats on sale before your next oil change.

Before I would get wrong parts in almost every order. Recently I've had some fantastic employees go the extra mile to help me out.

The store is nicely laid out and well stocked.
All the counter staff are helpful and knowledgeable.
