C	Christopher Alaimo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is THE best place ever to learn more about olive oil, from how it's extracted, where the olives are grown, and how it's infused. They also have very creative suggestions for recipes and how to use each olive oil and balsamic. My favourites are the Nocellara and the Biancolilla, and you cannot go wrong with the Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic. The owners are sweet and very generous. They will take the time to get to know your taste and really know the products they offer. Brantford is lucky to have such a gem of a small business! The fact that this place has no ratings under 4 speaks to just how amazing this place is.

Ask about salt... yes, salt. We do not use store bought salt anymore. So much to say, but of course you have to see an taste to believe. Oh, the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

Placed our 2nd order over the weekend and it was delivered today. Tastefully packaged and worth every penny. This is a local store that i will always support going forward. I had no idea how different oils can affect foods. Love this store!

You can immediately taste the difference that superior quality makes. For example, my favourite olive oils would be the Persian, garlic infused and the chiquitita,. Now the balsamic vinegar section is comparably excellent. Again, I have stopped buying at the big chain stores who offer a higher priced product but not a superior quality balsamic. So my favourites are the chocolate infused that I pour over strawberries, the blueberry infused that I pour in my soda stream water, the key lime that I use for margaritas and mojitos, the Sicilian lemon infused with salad s. When you visit this store they will give you a brief crash course on the methodologies and international connections and production plus an oil and vinegar tasting and pairing.. delicioso!!!!! In addition , you can buy little tiny sample bottles or small, medium and large. We started off with small samplers of several and then graduated to the larger sizes hence my terminology and usage of addictive. Your tastebuds will reject any other olive oils or balsamic vinegars . I used to hate salads until I tried these and I am 73! So if you have young children this is a great way to train their palates for healthy salads and lifestyle. I also pour the vinegars on my French fries , any boiled or baked vegetables like beans , broccoli or cabbage or cauliflower or carrots or anything. The Sicilian lemon is great on fish as well . They even have recommendations for using their product for cocktails. I love this place and as an added bonus they have a rewards club. Bon aperitif!!!!!! Y salute!

Their balsamic vinager selection hands down amazing. If you like to create vinaigrettes for your salads and breads or need a gift this is a great place to go.

They answered all our question and introduced us to so many amazing products. I would definitely recommend it as a stop if you are in the area and I'm hoping to get back soon.

They are happy to give samples and share suggestions on pairing the different oils. There is also a large selection of Balsamic Vinegars which can be sampled as well. They also carry a nice selection of items that would make great gifts.

The shopkeeper was very nice and informative, letting me sample the oils and telling me about each one. The EVOOs definitely taste super fresh and not like others I've tried before! I bought a few bottles, including a garlic flavour I didn't sample in store, because it's very hard to mess up garlic oil. Wow, I was blown away when I tried it at home, it was so much more than I was expecting; it tastes like FRESH garlic, and not just garlic. Wow!! Will definitely buy more when my stash runs out, and I'm not buying supermarket olive oil any more!!
