If I could rate them zero I would . Complete lack of customer service . I have dealt with brewers many times in the past not because they are cheaper but because they usually stock everything normal . I will be skipping the song and dance required to buy from them from now on. Yesterday my girlfriend went to purchase rotors and pads and brake fluid from them for my bmw. she was laughed at and looked at as if she was dumb but when she returned home we laughed off the bad service as "business as usual". Later that night at 7pm to be exact I opened the pads. No abutement clips. Hmm odd since every manufacturer always includes them! I will no doubt be told they never come with them tomorrow. Mark my words. Secondly the rotors . After removing the old rotors I opened the already opened box to see . An OLD GREASY ROTOR STARING ME IN THE FACE . I thought no couldn't be. I will again no doubt fight until I am blue in the face proving tmrw that I didn't scam them and I in fact have 4 rotors that are old that lie in front of them. How . I mean how could I possibly acquire 4 exactly the same rotors all old? Wa SI saving them for years for this exact moment to pounce on the scam of a life time , savings of 150$ omfg .I digress but yet tmrw will be accused of such absurdities . Lastly the brake fluid How could one mess up brake fluid? DOT 3 NOT DOT 4 . RHERE IS NO UNIVERSAL DOT STANDARD. WHICH AGAIN I WILL BE TOLD COME TOMORROW AT 8:01 AM STANDING IN FRONT OF THEIR BUILDING TRYING NOT TO LOSE MY COMPOSURE AS IVE DONE THUS FAR. To make matters worse they delayed the repair of my car which will force me to find other means of getting there which they will not pay for or even offer compensation. They will say ? Why didn't you call yesterday? Why didn't you have us deliver them if that is really the problem? But those are only questions I would hope to have asked of me. For I know the stubborn, arrogance that possesses the staff at BREWERS AUTO PARTS will never conceit to a single mistake . Please if you have experienced the same rudeness every single time you call and have had enough then please stop using them. As an incentive of just how much I hate their service I will pay out of pocket the first 10 dollars on the first 100 orders that comment and go to APC instead. **As of now someone took the time to fix these problems I'm very grateful and appreciate the help **
